Nowadays, the illegal use of drugs is very prevalent in our country. The problem has gotten so severe. Most of the users of this are the young people. A thousand of them had been caught up in drug craze.
The common drug uses by drug addicts are the marijuana, ecstasy, nicotine, alcohol, and many more. These drugs are illegal in every country in the world. It gives risk to the person who uses it. If you will take drugs, you put yourself to a great danger because you will be controlled and become addicted. Sometimes it will cause death. Moreover, drugs can quickly lead teenagers into crime. They begin taking drugs and then have to start stealing to support their habit.
As a teenage, we are curious about everything and willing to try just about anything that we think will make us look cool. We are desperately wanted to be grown up. Many young people use drugs simply because their friends do. Sometimes we are influence bad habits in our friends. They are also using it because they want to forget their problems in their family and many more. Sometimes the teens become rebellious because of over protective parents or they are lack in love and care, in order to overcome those problem they will take drugs.
The parents are the only one who can prevent the drug addiction of their children. They must be aware what their children are doing when they are out of the house. Parents need to get to know their child’s friend and their parents, and monitor your child’s whereabouts. But the only effective way to avoid teenagers away from drugs is that the parents must be aware about it and they must talk to their children, give them time, love, attention, listening ear about their views and ideas, and give them responsibility at home so that they will not seek shelter from dangerous drugs to fill in them emptiness that they feel in their hearts.
